Charles Stanley Chetwynd-Talbot (b. 31 Jan 1862, d. 20 Oct 1890) and Cecil Emma Chetwynd-Talbot (b. 6 Apr 1864, d. 26 Jan 1934). These are the two elder children of Colonel Hon. Sir Wellington Patrick Manvers Chetwynd-Talbot and Lady Emma Charlotte Stanley, daughter of Edward Geoffrey Smith-Stanley, 14th Earl of Derby, three times Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
